1.) Where are you located?
Map of 15725 Mooresville Rd Mooresville, NC 28115-6925, US McLaughlin's Farmhouse is on Highway 150 a few miles east of Mooresville, NC in the Mount Ulla community in Rowan County.
2.) Where do you ship gift boxes to?
We currently ship to the contingious United States. This excludes Alaska & Hawaii. No international shipping available at this time.
3.) How long before I will receive my shipment?
We ship through the US Postal Service and normally it takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
4.) Can I send a gift box to a friend at a different location?
Yes, absolutely. Gifts are great and we encourage you to do so!! Please make sure when checking out that you putyourbilling address that matches your form of payment and change the shipping address to the person you wish to send it to. Also, in the comments block put any special instructions for this shipment.
5.) Will you ship your pork products?
Because of perishablility, we can only ship McLauglin's country ham. But, please see all of our other products such as grits, preserves,
6.) Where are McLaughlin's pork products processed?
McLaughlin's Sausage Company plant was built in 1962 and was incorporated in 1984. We pride ourselves in many years of processing & selling quality meat throughout the region.
7.) What does McLaughlin's Farmhouse carry that is not listed on the website?
We carry speciality items such as Paula Deen marinades & sauces, locally grown vegtables & fruit during their season, fresh butter, jams, jellies, & preserves, hand cut steaks, locally manufactured outdoor furniture, and candy of many kinds!
8.) How can we start a fundraiser with McLaughlin's?

9.) What organizations currently use your fundraiser?
Local churches, Rowan County School System-including Mt. Ulla Elementary, Hurley Elementary, Knox MS, Millbridge Elementary, Isenberg Elementary, NRMS
10.) When are your seasonal items available for purchase?
Approximately one month to six weeks before the holiday or season starts.
11.) What is your return policy?
Gift boxes are returnable only within 30 days of purchase. A refund minus shipping & handling will be credited back to you. Store policy of perishable items cannot be returned after the expiration date. We guarentee our products to be fresh and of great quality at time of purchase.
